Quality used to be high (35% - 65% but I've realized that to fix those items it'd require ridiculous amount of mats like 75,000 chitin, 35,000 metal. By reducing it to 3 - 7 it should be the normal amount like 20's to 100's but you'll still have the chance of getting high level items like 700% asendent hatchet, etc)
